Annie Foffano
Formerly trading as Bellissima Beauty a business Annie founded in 2017 that began life as a home salon before evolving into a fully established beauty salon within a local business centre Annie's career has always been driven by one core purpose: transforming confidence through exceptional skin and brow artistry.
In 2024, Annie discovered Phi, the global leader in permanent makeup and creator of PhiBrows, a discovery that marked a defining new chapter in her professional journey. She went on to complete her PhiBrows certification in January 2025 and subsequently trained internationally travelling to Rome to master PhiLips Blush and to Serbia to train directly under Phi founder Branko Babic in BB Stroke.
BB Stroke is a revolutionary technique that unites the finest qualities of traditional microblading with the precision of machine brows, producing ultra-realistic hair strokes with superior colour retention. Alongside this, Annie deepened her expertise in Plasma Skin Tightening.
With her passion for SPMU and skin fully realised, Annie made the decision to close Bellissima Beauty and launch Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin a new era of refined, advanced artistry dedicated to empowering women through treatments that are as precise as they are transformative.

What is semi-permanent make-up and how long does it last?
Semi-permanent makeup (SPMU) uses specialised pigments implanted into the upper layers of the skin to create the appearance of fuller brows, defined lips, or enhanced features. It generally lasts 1-3 years with refresh appointments recommended 12-18 months to maintain results.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Avoid alcohol, caffeine & any blood thinners such as aspirin for 24 hours prior, avoid retinol or AHA/BHA skincare for at least two weeks before, and arrive with a clean face free from makeup. Avoid tanning or excessive sun exposure and inform Annie of any medications or medical conditions at the time of booking.
How Long Does the treatments take?
Full brow appointments typically take 2.5 3 hours including consultation, numbing and the treatment. PhiLips Blush appointments are usually 2 2.5 hours. Annie works without time pressure every appointment is given the full attention it deserves.
Where is the Studio and is there parking?
Annie's studio is at Suite 5, Marlborough House, 26 High Street, Swindon, SN1 3EP. The Marlborough Square Car Park is directly across the road for parking up to 1 hour or Britannia car park just behind for longer stays, making your visit completely stress-free. Annie works by appointment only.
Does the Semi-permanent make-up hurt?
No, Most clients describe the sensation as a light scratching or mild pressure entirely manageable. Annie ensures her clients feel relaxed and at ease every step of the way.
Do I need a patch test?
A patch test may be required depending on your skin history and the treatment you choose. A thorough medical history review is conducted prior to all treatments. Your health and safety always come first.
Is Plasma Skin Tightening suitable for everyone?
Plasma Skin Tightening is not suitable for all skin types. Clients with very dark or deeply pigmented skin, active skin conditions, pacemakers, or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding may not be eligible. Annie will carry out a detailed assessment to ensure the safest outcome for your skin.
