Booking & Deposits

Everything you need to know about securing your appointment, deposits, rescheduling, and cancellations.

At Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin, every appointment is prepared for with dedicated time, premium products, and focused expertise. To protect both client and artist, the following booking terms apply to all appointments. By booking a treatment, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Deposits & Booking Procedure

All appointments at Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment date and time. This deposit is deducted from the total treatment cost on the day.

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
  • Your appointment is not secured until the deposit has been received and confirmed in writing.
  • Deposits are accepted via bank transfer, online payment link, or in-person card payment.
  • A booking confirmation with your appointment details will be sent once payment is received.
  • Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin reserves the right to release an unconfirmed slot if payment is not received within 24 hours of booking.
Please note: Deposits are non-refundable. They represent the reserved time, preparation, and expertise allocated exclusively to your appointment.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin understands that plans can change. The following terms apply to rescheduling and cancellations:

  • You may reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 48 hours' notice without forfeiting your deposit. The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.
  • Deposits can only be transferred once. A second reschedule will require a new deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the full loss of the deposit.
  • No-shows (failure to attend without any notice) will result in the deposit being retained in full, and the remaining 50% balance becoming immediately due before any future appointments can be booked.
  • Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin reserves the right to decline future bookings from clients with a history of repeated late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Medical or Emergency Cancellations

It is understood that genuine and unforeseen circumstances can arise. The following applies in such cases:

  • If you are unable to attend due to a documented medical emergency or illness, please contact Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin as soon as possible ideally before your appointment time.
  • At the sole discretion of Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin, the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment rather than forfeited.
  • Supporting evidence such as a GP letter, prescription, or medical note may be requested in order to consider this exception.
  • This discretion is applied on a case-by-case basis and does not constitute a waiver of the cancellation policy in general.
Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin will always endeavour to be fair and compassionate. However, the right to retain deposits in line with these terms is reserved in all circumstances not meeting the above criteria.

4. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Treatments are allocated specific time slots to allow for full preparation and the highest quality results.
  • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may receive a shortened treatment or have their appointment rescheduled, subject to availability and at the discretion of the artist.
  • Late arrivals may still be subject to the full treatment charge, as the time has been reserved and cannot be offered to other clients.
  • If you are running late, please contact Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin as soon as possible so arrangements can be considered.

5. Refunds

  • All deposits are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin.
  • If Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to artist unavailability, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, your deposit will be transferred to a new date or refunded in full as preferred.
  • No refunds are offered for completed treatments where the service has been delivered in full and in accordance with the agreed treatment plan. Please refer to the Service Adjustment & Satisfaction Policy for concerns raised post-treatment.

6. Final Payment

  • The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of your appointment, prior to or immediately following your treatment.
  • Payment is accepted via bank transfer, card, or cash as agreed at the time of booking.
  • Failure to make final payment may affect your ability to book future appointments.

7. Disclaimer

These terms form a binding agreement between the client and Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin upon confirmation of a booking. Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. It is the client's responsibility to review the policy prior to booking.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
