1. Services

Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin provides semi-permanent makeup, plasma skin tightening, advanced skincare, and related aesthetic treatments (collectively, "Services") from our studio in Swindon.

All Services are subject to a prior consultation, completion of a medical and consent form, and patch testing where required. The Artist reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any Service at any time if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or unsuitable for the client.

2. Bookings, Deposits & Payments

• All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking. The appointment is not secured until payment is received.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment.
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Prices are as stated at the time of booking and are subject to change. Any change will be communicated in advance.
• Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. They must be redeemed within their stated expiry period.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations with 48 hours or more notice allow the deposit to be transferred to a future appointment (once only).
• Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to attend will result in full forfeiture of the deposit and, in the case of a no-show, the outstanding balance becoming due before future bookings.
• The Artist reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment where necessary. In such cases, a full deposit refund or transfer will be offered.

4. Treatment Results & Disclaimer

Semi-permanent makeup, plasma, and aesthetic treatments produce results that vary between individuals. The following applies to all treatments performed:

• No specific outcome or result is guaranteed. Results are influenced by individual skin type, lifestyle, health, age, hormonal factors, and aftercare compliance.
• It is the client's responsibility to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to comply with aftercare may affect the longevity and appearance of results, and no compensation will be offered in such circumstances.
• Colour, texture, and pigment retention can vary and may require a follow-up or top-up appointment, which may be chargeable.
• Before-and-after photographs are taken for treatment record purposes and may reflect results that differ from your individual outcome.
• By proceeding with a treatment, the client acknowledges full understanding of these limitations and consents to treatment.

5. Health, Safety & Suitability

• The client is responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and previous treatments prior to every appointment.
• Failure to disclose relevant information that results in an adverse outcome will be the sole responsibility of the client.
• The Artist reserves the right to refuse treatment where, in their professional judgement, it is not safe or appropriate to proceed.
• All treatments are for clients aged 18 and over only. No exceptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UK law:

• Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from the use of our Services or products.
• Our total liability to any client in connection with any Services or products shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant treatment or product.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
• Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin holds appropriate professional insurance for all treatments offered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin website, social media platforms, and marketing materials including photographs, text, logos, and branding is the exclusive intellectual property of Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Client photographs shared on social media must not be altered in a way that misrepresents treatment results. Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin reserves the right to request removal of any content that is defamatory, misleading, or harmful to the business.

8. Client Conduct

Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin operates a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward the artist or any other person on the premises. Any such conduct will result in the immediate termination of the appointment, forfeiture of any deposit, and refusal of future services.

9. Complaints

• Complaints should be raised within 7 days of the appointment or purchase where possible.

We are committed to resolving all concerns promptly and professionally. If a resolution cannot be reached, you retain the right to seek independent dispute resolution or pursue your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website and in the studio. Continued use of our Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
